- Understood and explained the behavior patterns & mental models of our target audience.
- Worked on massively successful products, Apps: Game Center (10 million downloads) and Cloud service. Website: Game center official website, CMS, ERP, Financial system.
- Worked with Designers, Marketers, Monetization managers, Sales and other stake holders to refine and co-create product flows, wire frames, and UI mock ups keeping in mind UCD processes.

My main responsibilities were Product Design & Senior Product Manager response for Baidu Image wireless searching.
- Took charge of Product Manager for the HTML5 pages on the android phone, iPhone and iPad. After the project went live, PV increased by about 50%, UV increased by about 20%.
• Redefined the image search function of cell phones, analyzed the user search data from the previous two years, and the depth of mining users ‘psychology which behind the users’ behavior, then I redesigned the home page, for that reason the page view grew to about 500 million.
• Successfully drove the development of the new product program, “Image Match”
- Lead the design of Baidu MeiPai native App, the first social app in Baidu
• Analyzed image application data and formulated the product planning
• Created wireframes, storyboards, user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Got Baidu system Outstanding Project Award for the “Baidu MeiPai” product.
