PROJECT MANAGER:
Location: mission on site for at least 4 months Chongqing, China.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Android app development project that includes C++ JNI porting. The Project Manager will coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of the project, meeting both technical and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee the project from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
-Manage a team of engineers and developers, fostering a collaborative environment to meet project goals.
-Develop and maintain a detailed project plan that includes all project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and potential risks.
-Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders and senior management about project status, challenges, and adjustments.
-Ensure technical feasibility and resource availability.
-Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
-Resolve conflicts and handle issues that arise, acting as the primary liaison between company executives and the project team.
-Adapt project scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that the project remains on track with the allocated budget and resources.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
-Proven experience as a project manager in the software development sector.
-Strong familiarity with Android app development and C++ JNI porting.
-Excellent leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
-Experience in Automotive, Navigation, Voice assistance, STB, Android AOSP application development are a plus

2 Software Engineers (Android and C++)
Location: mission on site for at least 4 months Chongqing, China.
Job Summary:
We are looking for two skilled Software Engineers to join our team focused on Android app development involving C++ and JNI porting. The ideal candidates will have robust experience in Android development in Java and Kotlin along with native C++ code, with a strong background in JNI techniques.

Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with the team to integrate native C++ code into Android applications via JNI.
-Work closely with other engineers to develop new features and troubleshoot existing software functionalities.
-Participate in code reviews and team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and future initiatives.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
-Proven experience in software development with a focus on C++ in the Android environment.
-Strong understanding of JNI and experience in integrating C++ libraries with Android apps.
-Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
-Familiarity with continuous integration.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Experience in Automotive, Navigation, Voice assistance, STB, Android AOSP application development are a plus
